Hi, I’m Umair. I write the words and answer the emails.
KhanCopyX is my studio. My full name is Muhammad Umair Zarar Khan, but everyone calls me Umair Zarar. I’ve been writing and editing for clients professionally since January 2019, first through Fiverr and Upwork, now directly.
Before that I spent years inside organisations: in accounts, admissions, HR and campus management, and in the classroom. That’s where I learned that most business writing fails for one reason: it answers the writer’s questions instead of the reader’s.
That’s the problem I fix, whether it’s a SaaS homepage, a Klaviyo flow or a statement of purpose.

The reader’s questions set the order
Every page answers what the reader is wondering at that moment: what is it, is it for me, can I trust it, what now. Structure comes from that, not from a template.

Your voice, sharpened
When I edit, the goal is that it still sounds like you, or like your referee, or your brand, only clearer. Every change is tracked so you can see and approve it.

Plain dealing
Fixed quotes, honest timelines, and if a cheaper service would solve your problem, I’ll tell you. I don’t write academic work for students to submit as their own.
